SET UP FEE. There is no setup up fee, unlike other uniform suppliers that want to charge high set up costs for printing, Please note that this is provided that you can supply the artwork in EPS, Ai, PDF or Vector Format. JPEGS may incur a set up fee depending on the amount of work involved in making it print ready.
ARTWORK. For Digital Printing we require a HIGH resolution file of your artwork. Ideally EPS, Vector Format, Illustrator, AI or PDF. Should you not have this, artwork fees will apply depending on your requirements. Without the above mentioned formats, we can not guarantee the quality or colour of the work due to the low resolution artwork that you would be supplying.
IMPORTANT - It is worth noting that not all items can be printed. Items such as polar fleece, waterproof jackets and nylon jackets. These items can have embroidery or maybe even screen printing.
Should a JPEG or low quality images be supplied, we can not guarantee colour correctness or image quality.
